To qualify for a return:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
• Photos or videos are required when reporting a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product. In such cases, Souq Al Shaikh will cover all return costs.

After the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days through a Saudi bank transfer.
